Are you passionate about data-driven decisions, eager to dive into the world of digital experimentation, and looking to get real hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization? We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our small, international office in Rotterdam!
What You'll Get
As a CRO intern, you’ll gain exposure to the exciting and fast-paced world of optimization, specifically focused on financial products. Working closely with our team, you will take ownership of your own CRO projects while receiving guidance and support. This is not just an observational internship—you’ll actively contribute to live campaigns, helping to improve the conversion rates and growth of various financial products. Here’s what you can expect:
- Real CRO Projects: You’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and analyzing experiments aimed at improving the performance of financial product websites.
- Learning and Growth: You’ll get to use industry-leading tools, learn best practices in CRO, and gain hands-on experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and user behavior tracking.
Who We're Looking For
Being able to speak German is a plus!
Requirements
- Enrolled as a student (preferably in marketing, business, psychology, or a related field).
- Available to work 4 days a week in our Rotterdam office, 1 day from home.
- Comfortable speaking English in an international office; German is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for testing and data-driven decision making.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing, web analytics, conversion rate optimization, user experience (UX)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
